We know from our own experiences that good quality
food is a very important integral part of an enjoyable holiday
experience. Larry worked in England as an Executive Chef and has
more than a keen interest in good quality, inspiring food, his aim is
to produce dishes using fresh, seasonal produce, representing the best
of the regional specialities and international dishes.

Your day starts with a typical hearty
Austrian breakfast that will set you up
for a day on the slopes. Breakfast consists of, breads from the local
craft baker, fine alpine butter, regional cheese, ham & salami, homemade jams
and marmalade,
yogurt, muesli, cereals, boiled free-range eggs, fresh fruit,
selection of teas, fresh ground coffee, hot chocolate and fruit juice.
When you return from the days adventures, afternoon tea will be
waiting for you. A fine selection of Austrian
or English treats, apple strudel, sacher torte, Lemon
glazed Gingerbread to name but a few.
To wash the cakes down a selection of beverages are on offer including
the traditional Austrian Apres ski tipple of Gluhwein (mulled wine) or hot
chocolate with rum.
Our
thoughtfully prepared three course menus
are designed to offer a culinary feast each night you dine with
us. The dishes are freshly prepared, wherever possible making
use of local, seasonal ingredients.

finest of Austrian
specialities along side a collection of simply great dishes with
influences from all over the world..

A selection of soft
drinks, wine and beer served throughout dinner are included in the
package price, the perfect way to unwind after a hard day on the
piste.
Our Christmas and New Year packages include a 4 course celebratory
dinner, kicking off with an Austrian fine Sekt reception. (champagne)
We serve dinner six nights out of seven, allowing you to try a local restaurant
on one night.
